Today, 01 may 2013. All people say may day is 'hari buruh'. I don't know, why on 01 may. Hmm may be, cause after get salary. So all people don't have satisfied. A big company have much employee over than 1 thousand, and have a gud kompetition salary over that UMR, never worry about may day. Employee or worker will be have wishing. One of other, about salary, good live, good healthy with any insurance, and state of worker. This make worker hope company will be done. But any company, have a bad trick for make worker fail or imposible mission. My opinion, company must have a rule with worker. In the end, good company = have a good worker/ employee. ☺
